I am a disaster.....

I am a disaster... and I can affect anyone, at anytime.....

Have you ever sat and thought about the worst case senerio over and over and over untill its become that clear a picture in your head you can see if coming true and recieving the call that will turn your life upside down forever?

This has come to my head recently after, i wouldnt class her as a friend, a girl i know had the terrible news of (facts may varry from truth but this is what i have established from friends and her own facebook page) her little sister had be addmitted into hospital following a fall or push from a bridge (again im not aware of definate facts i just know she somehow or another fell from a high bridge) and is now in a very bad condition in hospital, apparently she may be paralysed and unable to ever walk again.

facebook has clearly become such a large part of moderm day life with alot of people, we see updates from people getting job, new cars, new family members (an onslaught of baby photos has recently flooded my facebook homepage), the sad news of the loss of a family member, people getting into uni and college (congratulations to everyone who has!) new pets, rants and raves, oh and the new craze of video uploads.

So as for the disaster... as mentioned a poor girl is now in hospital following an accident caused from bullying! In this day and age i cant believe people are still that pathetic to mock another human because of skin colour, age, background, relations (I have my own view on this but thats not for this blog) but basically this young girl was the victim of alot of bullying and somehow or another it came to the point of danger to her own health.

This disaster thought came to mind recently in light of the boston bombings, the thought of the london bombings and the general state of the country, but just imagine being at work (yes its busy as hell, but thats just your normal day to day life) you finish work say goodbye to your collegues and drive home, now what if you were involved in a disaster? a car crash? a plane crash? you suddenly collapse? sudden addmitance to hospital is what i would class as a disaster... Now think of it the other way, you get the call from the hospital.....

My dad was based in london doing work when the london bombs went off, i was in primary school with my youngest brother so we has no idea what had happened in the capital city. Now heres the important bit, I was in year 5/6 at the time so my mum trusted me and my younger brother to meet each other in school and walk just down the road slightly to meet her in the car, there was always parents and kids everywhere so we were in  no danger. The day of the London bombings my mum was waiting at the gate of the school and simply put she looked heart broken, obviously i ran down to her to see why she was at the gates and why she looked so upset, she said "there have been some bombs go off in london, the tube station were your dad (this is the deatil i always forget) either gets on or off the tube train on his way to the office" and she started crying, alot! "i havn't been able to get hold of him all day...."

Well as a daddys girl (you'll know from previous posts) this destroyed me and my world! my daddy blown up! never to be seen again! while working away from us all, all his family and friends....

Now to everyone in the UK they will know phone lines died that day due to the amount of people trying to call friends and family to check they were okay... we tried and tried to get hold of him but to no answer. My mum was quiet all night... I will always remember that day and the day the twin towers in USA were bombed as every channel was full of the horrific images, thinking back i was pathetic in the sense i was only bothered about my cartoons not being on.

We did manage to speak to my dad alot later that evening and thankfull he had been early to work that day so completally missed the bombing! phewwww! I can only imagine what families that lost members that day and friends that never saw each other again really felt, it must have been the greatest pain in the world.

So this entier post was just to make people think, what would you do if you never saw your husband, boyfriend, mother, farther, brother or sister and bestfiend ever again??

I hope the poor girl in the hospital does make it, I havnt seen a recent post by her sister other than the other day when she had had surgery but it wasnt looking good at that point due to complications she had.

NEVER TAKE PEOPLE FOR GRANTED, BECAUSE WHEN THERE GONE THATS IT!

ON A RANT!

Right Im on a complete rant!

Boys ....
Men ....
Lads ....

I know for a simple fact Im not the only person who gets pissed off at this breed of animal, because yes! thats what they are. You ask of them a simple task but can they do it? No, can they fuck!
As most times I will never mention a name in my posts as simply enough if will come round and bite me in the ass if I ever did, as simply Lads never understand anything.

So why am I on a rant?

Well as we all do at somepoint during the day I just went on facebook, now the important point is that i went on facebook via a computer not off my mobile in this case. I will admit i am subscribed to my boyfriends posts but im also subscribed to all my close friends posts so its not like im spying on him or trying to keep an eye on him but yes i was on facebook off the computer at work. Now when im on my mobile I tend to not wait to see what comments are on a post/statues/picture if im not overly interested in what the post is regarding, but as we all know when on the computer in the top right hand corner there is an updates type box where you can see whos commented on whos picture, who's now going out with who, and what sluts posted a comment on your own boyfriends statues.

Why am I ranting about lads?

I love my boyfriend, I really do and i trust him to the end of the earth and back. I know hes friendly and yes has many female friends that i dont know but of cource i have male friends who he may not know, its just how life turns out i surpose. The reason Im on a rant and in particular about lads is some of them no matter how harmless the conversatuion or how truely innocent there intentions are can still hurt and piss off people who have asked them, not begged, not nagged, not given them an ultimatum on there actions but simply asked them not to speak to a certain person. Now I have my reasons and my fears of this person (not of there power or abilities over mine) but its just a person I dont like from the simply fact they have a relationship background, a rather intence and to be blunt a very damaging relationship that started with cheating and ended the same way.

The Bigger picture surrounding the suituation.....

These two people dated, it started with cheating and after approximatley 2 ish years it broke down by cheating. I have no clue reagrding the other person in mention but I have been told this person broke my boyfriends heart with the things that happened the absurd lies that came out, the terrible terrible terrible slutterly involving members of his family! I dont know how she took it and dont care. A while ago we were all sat in my car at a local gathering point for my friends down at the "factory" we were sat in my car when throughout the day different friends turned up, some people left and we all continued happily in the sunshire. Then she came down... Everyone sort of changed now i had never propperly met her but did know what she looked like so knew it was her from the moment she appeared. She wandered over to chat happily (tbh if she and the bf are happy to talk at that point i had no problem at all) I got too hot sat in the drivers seat of my car, my bf in the passenger, another friend behind me sheltering from the sun and HER on the passenger side of the car. Now all my friends either skateboard, BMX, MTB (mountain bike), blade or trials ride. So there was plenty of toys to distract myself with for a while. After faffing for an amount of time the seating in the car had changed slightly, i noticed this as i went back over to MY car to see MY boyfriends and fellow friends sat in MY car. Two friends still sat in the rear of the car, chilling from over heating, reading a magazine general type activities. My boyfriend was still sat in his side of the car but SHE had for some reason got herself a nice seat in  the drivers chair, yes my chair. This wasnt the part that annoyed my its that i was then forced basically to sit on the floor of the factory and watch this girl talk to my boyfriend as if she was my friend and that nothing had ever happened. Well basically the image of them sat together in my car was too much as the image just 'fit' they just suited each other and yes its scared me. From that day on I have expressed my feelings about the girl and asked my boyfriend to not accosiate with her....

So then.

Well this has been building up for a while and i just had to get it all out so clearly my blog is the place to go! After logging into facebook and seeing her and him having a conversation as they were i couldn't help it and had to rant! The conversation was nothing to offend me or him, nothing terrible or bad was ever said during the conversation its just the simple fact he was talking to her that i dont like, I dont like her, I dont liker her anywhere near him! simple.
I dont feel im asking too much by saying please just dont speak to her, am I? he's self-admitted to me he was heartbroken at the end of there relationship and I dont want that playing on my mind when im at work "whys he talking to her again?" "I thought he didnt want to talk to her" "why cant he repect the fact im a jelous person and simple not speak to the only one person, Only one person! that I dont like"

Well thats my rant for know as always sorry for my terrible punctuation and grammar, spelling as well as language.

Horse Riders and the Road... Are We Allowed to be Here?

To begin I'd like to strongly point out I am a horse rider with numerous years of experience behind me, I'm not saying I'm perfect or the best rider that ever lived (personally thats either Mary King, Pippa Funnel or any of the Whitakers) but I have riden on the roads and know my rights to be there. Also I am a car driver so do see why horses out on the road can be an anoyance, but this doesnt excuse dangerous or just simply disrespectful driving behavior.

Now some of you may have never even thought about thsi topic and many of you will have been in some very heated debates regarding this topic, I oersonally have been told over social networking sites that they'd very happily run over, kill and drive away from a horse and ride. As you will gather from this post (as a subject I will argue over and over) the writter of the disgusting comment recieved many comments regarding what damage could happent o his precious car if he continued to broadcast such horrific comments, and that if he did ever "happlily run over, kill and drive away from a horse and rider" I would get a copy of the comments and present to the police to help the person get locked away for as long as the law sees fit for a murderer not to mention the additional charges for fleeing the scene of a crime. Now me and my boyfriend have been involved in many heated debates regarding horses being on the road (including cyclists) and I do believe he has some very valid points. His main arguement is the danger towards motorcyclist (will to come to later.)

The Law

Now many people will argue the law needs 'modernising' and updating for use in the 21st century, with more and more cars on the road each and everyday you could argue that the roads are no longer safe for horses and their riders but as we are still covered by law and still in the highway code we have as much right to be on the road as any car does. Horses and their riders are amongst the most vunerable road users about, but saying that who amongst us is safe? Every morning on my drive to work and also on my way home the radio tells us of accidents here there and everywhere (these are just the ones that get reported!) so are any of us safe?
The British Horse Society (BHS) will advise every horse rider to be familiarised with the Highway Code and particularly any sections relating to horses. Now obviously this is for your own safety but its always helpful especuially when you get stopped by some cocky bastard telling you "horses arnt allowed on the roads, go play in a field out the way and stop holding up traffic" its the best feeling ever stopping infront of them and saying "actually if you read your Highway Code you'd know I have as much right to hold up this traffic as you will if you continue to drive up my horses arse and cause me to have an accident, where it would be your fault for dangerous driving." I tend to find people dont take a responce like this very well but turning your crop to have the hard handle end towards there car window is a great deterant to driving overly close but yes sometimes they need an extra nudge so a quick slap on there car makes them back off. Well if an average crop being between 1ft and 2ft is managing to touch your car then your clearly far too close! Now I'm not trying to promote using your crop as a weapon and the little nudge should be exactly that, little! So as mentioned we arein the Highway Code and so yes we are protected by law.
PLEASE NOTE: It is important to note that the references to 'road' generally includes footpaths, bridleways and cycle tracks and many roadways and driveways on private land (including many car parks.) In most cases, the law will apply to them but there many be additional rules for particular paths or rights of way.
  • Rule 27: Equestrian crossings- Equestrain crossings are for horse riders. They have pavement barriers, wider crossing spaces, horse and rider figures in the light panel and either two sets of controls (one higher) or just one higher control panel for use by equestrains.
  • Rule 47: Horse-drawn Vehicles- Horse-drawn vehicles used on the highway should be operated and maintained in accordance with standards set out in the Department for Transports Code of Practise for Horse-Drawn Vehicles. This code lays down the requirments for a road driving assessment and includes a comprehensive list of safety check to ensure that a carriage and its fittings are safe and in good working order. The standards set out in the road driving assessment may be required to be met by a local authority if an operator wishes to obtain Local Authority Licence to operate a passenger carrying service.
  • Rule 48: Safety equipment and clothing- All horse-drawn vehicles should have two red reflectors. It is NOT safer to drive at night but if you do a light showing white to the front and red to the rear must be fitted.
  • Rule 49: Horse Riders- Safety Equipment: Children under the age of 14 must wear a helmet that complies with the regulations (PAS 015 or EN 1384, the BHS recomends BS PAS 015 1998 and BS EN 1384.) It must fasten securely. Other riders should also follow these requirements. These requirements do not apply to a child who is a follower of the Sikh religion while wearing a turban.
I'd just like to note, in no offence to the religious beliefs of the Sikhs but I would never ride a horse without a hat it is extreamly dangerous, as proven by many dressage riders while practising at home.
  • Rule 50: Other clothing- You should wear boots or shoes with hard soles and heels, light coloured or flourescent clothing in daylight, and reflective clothing if you have to ride at night or in poor visiblity.
Again I'd just like to add a High-Vis vest or jacket should be worn at ALL times not just in poor visibility.
  • Rule 51: At night- It is NOT safer to ride on the road at night or in poor visibility, but if you do, make sure you wear reflective clothing and your horse has reflective bands above the fetlock joints. A light, which shows white to the front and red to the rear, should be fitted with a band to the riders right arm and/or leg/riding boot. If you are leading a horse at night, carry a light in your right hand, showing white to the front and red to the rear and wear reflective clothing on both you and your horse. It is stongly recommended that your horse also wears a fluorescent/reflective tail guard.
  • Rule 52: Riding- Before you take a horse on the road, you should: ensure all tack fits well and is in good condition, make sure you can control the horse. Always ride with other horses who are less nervous if you think that your horse will be worried in traffic. Never ride a horse without both saddle and bridle.
At this point I'd like to interject and argue slightly regarding the "make sure you can control the horse" now this is very obvious and clearly a valid point, however if the horse is young, recovering from injury, may be a new horse to the rideror just if the horse has never been on the road/with constant traffic it can be difficult at times to appear in full control and as a horse is many times heavier that their rider they can overpower even the most competent rider if they feel they need to. Horses are living animals they have their own brain and even the most bombproof horse can act out of character and spook. At no point would the rider know unless they are exceptionally talented or are increadibly used to the horse. So I believe this rule is a problem particularly how it is worded and the assumption a driver could make with this in mind.
  • Rule 53- Before riding off or turning, look behind you to make sure it is safe, then give a clear arm signal. When riding on the road, you should: Keep to the left, Keep both hands on the reins unless you are signalling, Keep both feet in the stirrups, Not carry another person, Not carry anything which might affect your balence or get tangled up with reins, Keep a horse you are leading to your left, Move in the direction of the traffic flow in a one way street, Never ride more than two abreast, and ride in single file on narrow or busy roads and when riding round bends.
  • Rule 54- Your must not take a horse onto a footpath or pavement and you should not take a horse onto a cycle path/track. Use a bridleway where possible. Equestrian crossings may be provided for horse and riders to cross the road and you should use these where avaliable. You should dismount at level crossings and where a 'Horse Rider Dismount' sign is displayed.
  • Rule 55- Avoid roundabouts where possible. If you use them you should: Keep to the left and watch out for vehicles crossing your path to leave or join the roundabout, Signal right when crossing exits to show you are not leaving, Signal left just before you leave the roundabout.
  • Rule 253: Motorways- Prohibited vehicles: Motorways must not be used bu horse riders, pedestrians, holders of provisional motorcycle or car licences, riders of motorcycles under 50cc, cyclists, certain slow moving vehicles and those carrying oversized loads (except by special permission) agricultural vehicles and powered wheel chairs/ powered mobility scooters.
Now obviously every horse rider should be aware of these rules and follow them to ensure not only there safety but that they remain safe with other road users. The key point is that other road users also need to be aware of these rules, unfortunatly if you are not a horse rider you may not feel the need to know and understand the rules that apply to them and feel you excempt from following them, but ha! you aint!

Other Vehicles

Now we're all living in the 21st century (unless you've managed to build a time machine, if you have please comment below so I can cyber high-five you!) so this shouldnt be news to any of you that thwe road or stupidly busy with cats and other types of vehicles so should we in this day and age still be alowed on the road? Well yes! durhhh! Horse riding is a form of excersize, its eco-friendly and if you lived back in the good old days horses would have been everywhere. Now I'll agree with more traffic you could argue its no longer safe, but with good riding practise you can still be competant enough to ride, however, we all know of that driver who gets overly excited and goes too fast, that driver who get horrific road rage and of cource them drivers who just hate horses so yes you could easily argue its dangerous but as previously mentioned we're still covered by the high way code and by law.
My boyfriend comnstantly uses the same arguement: "What about motorcyclists? They ride along the road and if they hit a pipe of horse poo that it, your off the bike and in a bush or the windscreen of another car"
Well I appreciate the comment but horses ride (unless double a breast) one by one and so this means if a horse does take a poo it would be on the inside of the road as we are not alowed to ride down the middle of the road, so cant a cyclist (who should be doing the speed limit) be able to spot the poo ahead and make a manover accordingly, but that then depends on just how well the particluar rider is sticking to the speed limit and I would hope in an area known for horses they should do this with out question or fail not only for there own safety but for other road users and riders.

So in my oppinion, yes a horse rider has plenty of right to be on the road just as much as any other users does. It shouldnt matter whether your in a car on a trike, on a bike in a lorry, riding a horse, riding a push bike or walking!

Please feel free to argue your own oppinion below- the above is simply an account as to my own personal opinion on the matter.

AGAIN I APOLOGISE FOR POOR SPELLING AND GRAMMAR- THEY ARE NOT MY STRONG POINTS IN REAGRDS TO WRITTING.

My Theory on the Creation of the World

THEORY ON LIFE

I drafted this idea on the 15th February but the original idea was created one night on a drive home from belper, now I was very tired at this time and so you might think it was born of dilusion and possible madness, madness more fromt he people who have read my previous blog regarding the beginning of my life and my obession with snow... to the point of naked-ness! Before I go much further I must say I am not claiming to be the creator of this idea, if this idea is already out there i apologise but I'm not going to contact the nobel prize people for any form of congratulations!

So anyway my great idea......
Well whilst driving home from belper one night after seeing the boyfriend, I ended up thinking about life, the creation of the earth and what might happen to us (the human race) in a hundred or a thousand and even a million years time. We're brought up (well I was) to belive there are many beliefs, now before I get too in to this and in reference to my comment just this blog is not saying "I am right, you are wrong" everyone is entitles to their own opinion and beliefs. I'm using this format to express my idea and have a life long account of the random thoughts I come up with.

So as I was saying, I was brought up to believe there are many different beliefs and that I could believe in which ever I wanted to as my parents are not overly religious. There are two differing ideas on the creation of life, most religious beliefs that I am aware of believe in a 'creator' a being or spirit who hand made us or designed as. We are such complex creatures we must have been created by a higher force. Alternatively there is the theory of evolution put forward by a great man called Charles Darwin. Now, personally, I believe in evolution simply because I dont have any strong religious ties (as previously mentioned) and I am a very scientific person and with all the evidence available on the progressive transformation of animals to create new species I believe this to be a true account of how the world came to be. I am a very open person I do love reading and learning about new things so anyone who wants me to look into a certain type of religion please just comment as I'd love to learn about other people beliefs.

Anyway, as I was saying in my drive home I started thinking about life, I smiled as I thought about where I was in my life at the time, 19 years old, happy relationship, employed and in a very funny working environment but then my mind wandered as to how we ended up on this planet....evolved from single celled organisms....apes in a tree... THE BIG BANG! At this point I paused ... "Huh?" I thought. We are the only form of life found in our universe so far but what if we are the ONLY form of life in this universe at the moment, I started laughing thinking this is well over my head, my level of intelligence and generally if I properly looked into it would not have a clue even regarding the language that would be used in a true documented idea by a scientist. Now with a high mind of course I continued to think, on one planet, of one solar system, in one part of what could be a hugeeeeeee space area how are we the only living thing?! Then BOOM! No I didnt hit a tree, or another car! I thought what if we are just the beginning?
We've already evolved, no skratch that we've already started evolution!
Now by this point I've most likely lost you.. hopefully not all of you, you may be increadibly confussed as to what I'm on about but good news :) I thought I might babble on abit so I've decided a flow through might help.
  • Freya The Recepionist was driving home one night
  • She was tried her mind wandered and she began to think about how the world worked, and where we're going
  • The BIG BANG! was the beginning of it all, it started life on this planet and created our fellow planets
  • The explosion settles and slowly life begins on the earth, we evolve from single celled organisms
  • Following a LONG time! we become monkeys ect. We grow still, eventually walk and progress into humans.
  • Overtime we learn about the world and its wonders (knowledge increases and this is obvious by the fact we dont have to bite down on a piece of wood if we have our leg removed)
  • 2013- Well we've made it this far so shouldn't we just get further....
BUT WAIT!
  • Scientists have predicted the end of the world and universe :O Oh shock horror!!
  • So if the end is nearing is that it? we was life... Wham Bam thankyou mam?
MEANWHILE!
  • Scientists are also investigating space and the sea ECT!
  • Space you say? Yes! and guess what there's still alot of space and planets out there. One day we will land on these planets :D
  • After alot of landings and a hell of alot of research and not in my life time, not in your life time not for a long time, my theory is we will continue to evolve and repopulate these planets, maybe not every planet but alot :)
FINALLY JEDIS! Mwahahaaaaa why not?! 'Aliens' which are actually evolved human beings living in millions of years time in a massive connecting universe just like the movies!
Cool idea huh?

Freya The Receptionist

I AM SPARTICA!

AND SO IS MY WIFE!

Name: Freya The Receptionist
D.O.B: 19th January 1994

Hi there, I'm new to the Blogging world so if your reading this bare with me as I get used to telling people I dont know and have never met about my life, my thoughts, my opinions and hopefully your all a lot more grown up then 'facebook' and realise I'm using this as a medium to voice my own opinion and not to cause outrage or to piss anyone off.
I'll say it now before I get used to Blogging, that if you dont like what I say or the topics I talk about when I blog then its simple enough you close down your webpage and thus elliminating your need to read what I have to say.

So as you may have seen I'm currently doing an NVQ in Business Administration and Receptionist work, so if you were to look at my other uploads they will mainly be that of my NVQ work. Why are you uploading NVQ work? Im doing it to help other people out with there NVQ. Im very much aware that people out there will simply copy and paste most of the work I have done and try to pass it off as there own, well I have no time for people like that and if they wish to copy my work then feel free... well theres nothing I can do to stop you I'm sat behind a computer possibly in a different county and country to you so all I can do is ask politely so pretty pleaseeeee :)

A little about me:

As of this Blog I am 19 years old, I work for a waterproofing company based Nr Hulland Ward, Ashbourne.
I was originally born in Manchester in a little town called Stalybridge, it was a nice place to live but I not really the person to be giving you real estate advise as to where you should live been as I left there around the age of 5/6. We moved from Manchester so my mum could live closer to her family, thats why we turned up in Belper, Derbyshire, I lived in belper till I was a teenager, at this point my mother had become so annoyed with looking at the bare side of another house on the road that we moved once again. The second move wasnt far from where we lived in Belper, nicknamed 57. I remember the first time I saw the house I currently live in, we had the choice of two houses as we were looking on a new build estate, my house and the house next door. I always prefered my house because of the trees at the top of our enormous garden, but my parents prefered the house next door. After viewing both houses mum and dad went to talk to the sales woman sat in what is now someones garage, and dicussed the possiblity of buying the house next door unfortunatly a young couple had been looking at it and put in a offer that was accepted. So we currently live in the house I wanted orginally :) yay! As for the young couple next door ... well they now have 2 children and we are all very good friends and have some odd conversations over the garden wall, very british style ;)
My education has spanned accross 2 primary schools, a secondary school, 2 apprenticeships and college. I always remember my first teacher at primary school, she was called Mrs Hunt and spoke with a very very hevey Bolton accent and to this day I still joke with my dad reagrding "have a look in this cookery book" now to many of you that might not mean anything but I know there are plenty of you out there who understand why thats so funny. When I came to Belper I clearly had to move primary school, dont think my parents would have appreciated traveling back to Manchester everyday for me to continue at my original school, so I joined Heage Primary School in Y2 or Y3. I was loved by all the teachers there with my favourite being Mrs Gilmore she was the sports teacher and the reason I love sports, cute huh?
I was a part of that group who couldnt wait to leave school and go out into the wide open world, regretably I wish I hadnt wished my secondary school life away as now I do miss it, science lessons with Mr Bacon, Maths with Mr Stratford amazingly he also taught my mum maths back in the day and he tought myself and my two brothers. My favourite lesson was always Physical Education, I loved beating everyone in my form at sports events it got that bad that when we were doing a 400m race my entire P.E group was routing for the girl just ahead of me to win as Im guessing they kinda got annoyed at me for constantly beating them. Looking back I regret stopping running and every sport I've ever done, now I'm not here to lecture anyone on there own life but if your a sports nut like I was DONT start smoking!! Its ruining my fitness and I'm going to get that back! Its my new personal mission. Secondary school was not a confussing time for me unlike a lot of people I do know, I wasnt fussed about boys and any of there toys back then, I would have much rather ran to the shop got loads of sugar ran back and then ran around the school field 1 millions times than sit like alot of the girls did and try to look 'fit' to attract the attention of the boys playing football on the tennis courts of field, to be honest with you not alot has changed but we'll get to me personally further ahead.
Best Memory of school? Ohhh not thats a big question for me, it could have been receiving my GCSE results and being amazed at the results, without being overly big headed being in the top groups for each lesson throughout school, or fairly single handedly winning sports day, not joking! My favourite memory must be going to the interschool track and field competitions at Moorways sports centre. I had been chosen everytime to compete for my school at the sports event and every year I did the same events, my favourite and best event 800m and long jump. Now every year I went we competed against secondary schools for the Derbyshire area, one of the schools we competed against was Ecclesbourne School from Duffield. Gabby was my main competitor she always beat me in long jump by a few centimeters but this just made me more determind to beat her!! Then one year she has started smoking and I ended up winning the competition now I know it wasnt the best victory but if you lived in my head it was the greatest thing to have ever happened in my life :) as for the 800m well on the final lap at the last 100m a young girl from Ecclesbourne was just ahead of me and with energy that I managed to find flew past her brought home by the exstatic yells and screams from all three of my P.E teachers! Best feeling of my life was seeing them screeming me home and how proud there were I had won :)
College life! Was flipping awesome!! I studied Horse Care and Management at Broomfield Agricultural College near Derby, despite falling out with every member of staff in the horse department due to my gobby nature I loved the experience it gave me and the friends I made which I still speak to and see regularly! As for my apprenticeship blurrgggghhhh! I wont say much but if by chance you are reading this and contemplating doing an apprenticeship with Stubbing Court DONT! It is the worst run apprenticeship programme I have ever been on but I'm not going to complain further as its all gone towards making me who I am today, soo....

WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?!

As mentioned at the start of this entry I am Spartica! Im also a complete nutter and will most likely end up with diabeaties when I'm older :L
I have always been a hyper person, I find it really easy to meet and make friends with people but as I've said from the begining I'm just like marmite, you'll either love me or hate me! and if your still reading to this point I'm guessing you like me, so thanks :)
heres a little story I'll share so you can understand what I mean by nutter:
Mum story: "when Freya was little and we lived in Manchester we went to a mums and tots group, it was a place where all the mums in the area got together for tea and buscuits and the kids got to meet new people and play with other children there own age. Now Freya was very young at this point and it was winter time. I was sat talking to another mum at the group when one of the supervisors tapped me on the shoulder and while pointing out the window at a small naked child said "is that your Freya?" and yess sure enough Freya was naked outside, the thing that makes this more of an interesting and embrassing story is that it was snowing outside, Freya had never seen snow before and I'm guessing found it so amazing she felt the need to take all her clothes off and run around in it."
Hmmm so now you know a little insite into my mind I'd like to inform you not alot has changed, and yes I do tend to still get naked at inapproriate times but its now caused by alcohol and not weather changes.
So as to me in general, I'm tall-ish, fairly skinny at just over 8 stone, my eyes change colour from bluey to green to grey and occationally have been told brown but again thats just me being odd. I have brown hair which is in desparate need of a cut and re-style.
Family life- Welcome to the Harrop Tribe!
Within my tribe is my parents Steve and April, now unfortunatly a few years ago my mum had a stroke, now before anyone panics she's recovered amazingly! She gets confussed about names but dont we all at times, even the doctors were amazed with her recovery. I remember the day it happened it was eventfull it was spectacular she just sat down after feeding the dogs and couldnt get back up or respond to anyone, my dad found her and I had come downstairs just after he'd found her, I had to run and tell my brothers Peter older and Tom younger than me to stay out the way as an ambulance was on its way. Now strange as it is on the same morning as her stroke I had an appointment to see an authodentist at Derby hospital regarding braces. As the ambulance took her away me and Dad went to find her in accident and emergency were she looked so scared hooked up to multiple machines and beeping sounds coming from  said machines, I remember looking at her and I couldnt take it... I passed out! As the first time I'd ever passed out what a better place to do it than a hospital, I got put on a bed has my blood sugar levels taken and other medical testing and ended up with jam on toast and a cup of tea. Anyway depressive moment over its just thats an important fact on my life to know as future blogs may involve rants about my mum and its all due to her stroke, but obviously reasons for rants will be explained. So yes, thats mum! My dad is a very clever man, he has a degree in Maths and IT from the University of London and is currently a IT Projecrt Manager for Hewlett Packard based at Rolls Royce. Impressive eh ;) I think its from my dad that me and my brothers have got our intelligence from, speaking of my brothers ....
Peter- is currently 21, I think, he's joining the army to become a recovery mechanic which means he gets to play with tanks and vehicles that have been blown up whilst in the line of fire so yess the front line.
Thomas, also known as Woe-man- is Mums favourite! not kidding my mum was the youngest of 4 children and tom is her youngest of 4, my mum lost another child just after he was born :/ but lets not go into that. Tom is incrediable at hockey! he has been picked to play for the Derbyshire team many many many times and is very talented! he is studiying motor mechanics at Derby College.
